We're waiting to see if we'll have a white Christmas this year. Chances are very good.

They are tiny French candy tins with one of those wonderful vintage Christmas seals inside. I added glitter and mercury glass beads, plus a bit of tinsel here and there. And did I mention, glitter?
I attached a silver bail to the back so it can be worn as a pendant or used as an ornament or hanging decoration. Then, I backed them with velvet.
I've been delighted with the compliments I've received whenever I wear the one I kept for myself. They are surprisingly sturdy and don't leak glitter everywhere!
I packed them up with some vintage paper: a lovely silver leaf and Hallmark coaster; I decorated the bag with vintage red and green striped crepe paper and a great old Christmas sticker. It was fun.

Merry Christmas to you Laurie! I love what you did with those little tins! So pretty! We already will have a white Christmas and maybe just a wee bit more snow in the morning too.
Happy Holidays to you! Have a joyous Christmas!
Cute pendants...I think I have some of those little tins stashed away somewhere.
I like the oval one with the angel :). All are darling! and the packaging just adds to the beauty.
Such great projects, and what an imagination!
Peace and goodwill to all. Merry Christmas.
Laurie, I adore my pendant! It found the perfect home as an ornament on my tiny tree on the kitchen table and makes me smile every time I see it. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and the family!
Merry Christmas Laurie. I wish we had a little snow here. Instead it's like a heat wave . So uncomfortable
