We're not in Kansas anymore

I really enjoyed my visit to Kansas!  Tami took good care of Suzanne and I, and it was fun to see her at home, in her element.  We had some wonderful shopping and dining experiences, and at the end of the visit we returned to Karla's Cottage for a day of crafting fun.
on the road to Karla's
I will have lots of photos to show you when I get busy editing them and writing up a couple of blog posts in the next day or two; for now, here's a peek at some highlights:
super shopping (Beth's booth)

crafting fun
friend reunions (with Carol at Bottoms Up)
and puppy HEAVEN
I was without a camera battery at Karla's house, so my only photos are from my cell phone and I will be relying on the generosity of others to show you more!  Please send photos!

Comments

I am envious of you living close enough to Karla to go for those wonderful crafting weekends. Can't wait to see more photos!

Argh! I can't seem to comment tonight. Fingers crossed that third time is a charm. It looks like a wonderful trip and can't wait to see the details. Bottoms Up looks SO fun!
What a sweet puppy!

Oh Laurie! I'm so sad I missed all the fun but I can't wait to read all about it. Are you going to take one of those sweet puppies? C'mon - I have three plus a Shih Tzu. ;)
