Winter white

We awoke this morning to "sugar dipped trees."
We've had snowy weather for a few days now.  Here's what my commute to work has been looking like:
Frosty.  This is heading west towards Pikes Peak Mountain.
Here's a sneak peek at my latest (and final) tag swap project; this time I made 13 White Christmas tags and I'm so looking forward to receiving the swap!
Are you doing any holiday swaps?
How much do you love this little vignette?
I bought it from Simply Stated Crafts at a craft fair in Colorado Springs a couple of weeks ago.
You can see our snowy yard in the background.
More from Simply Stated: a book page wreath.
A little book tree -- with sparkles, and bells.
It's a good day for snow white crafting in Colorado today!

Oh my, those trees are just stunning! Such a beautiful thing to see when you get up...we don't have that here in the south...just the cold...very seldom do we get the white stuff...

Brrrr. It's only snowed twice here so far and I'm still not ready for it. LOL. Love the wreath and the tree made from books. Very pretty!

Beautiful stuff!! I love the colour of the sky in that one picture; I always call that "Christmas Sky".

The description of those trees is so perfect. People get nutty here with the snow. When the roads go white, so do the knuckles! Love that vignette. Can't wait to see your swaps.

You have glitter inside and out!!
The trees are awfully pretty, as are the things you bought. Hoping I get one of your tags!
Love the photograph of the snowy tree! Not so keen on snow myself, though!

One of my sisters who lives in Colorado Springs texted that she too was going to work in the snowy and icy roads. I gave her my sympathies, and told her that another sister and I are going to Palm Springs tomorrow where it will be sunny and 73 degrees. OK, I know I'm bad talking about all that sunshine and warm weather.
oh gosh, it's headed my way. supposed to be here Thanksgiving day and, until then, rain. please God, no wind!
