Love that concept! I have loads of scraps, FQ's and fabric that needs, no is calling, to be used! I need to follow your lead! I never thought, and that's why I love to read blogs, about doodling with fabric. It is marvelous how you pulled everything together. Another thought might be to use it as the first of some prayer flags to hang around the house or outside on a robe or strong string. It's excellent. Your embroidery skills are so fantastic. Love the designs you used. Keep up the great work.Marriannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17169652569732642349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916839371504934589.post-71714587808225471852015-05-04T06:38:19.524-06:002015-05-04T06:38:19.524-06:00I think "doodling with fabric" is a grea...I think "doodling with fabric" is a great description and title for an article for Quilting Arts or Cloth paper Scissors!!Janet Ghiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00168035336091339448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916839371504934589.post-41924065607647514092015-05-03T12:17:17.940-06:002015-05-03T12:17:17.940-06:00Okay Laurie, you had me at the mention of "bu...Okay Laurie, you had me at the mention of "button". You shouldn't mention that word when a buttonaholic is reading! So, I gotta say that the embroidery "button" project on the teatowel is my absolute favourite. That one I wouldn't be putting back on the shelf, it would be put on display. Love the colours you used for the embroidering also. Thanks.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09632124520697039924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916839371504934589.post-16688896143979716532015-05-03T10:59:44.527-06:002015-05-03T10:59:44.527-06:00Lovely idea and it looks really great!Lovely idea and it looks really great!Amber at Sequin Stitches https://www.blogger.com/profile/15579940086803425976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4916839371504934589.post-2383508936162279702015-05-03T10:27:31.520-06:002015-05-03T10:27:31.520-06:00I am so glad you followed your muse and just sewed...I am so glad you followed your muse and just sewed. I really struggle with needing a "reason" to make things. I vote you just stash it back away and one of these days the muse will come calling again and tell you just what it should become.Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15277091224169007300noreply@blogger.com
