While I was sleeping

...Spring break has almost passed me by.
Our friends welcomed Ben along on our planned ski trip to Taos, New Mexico when I was too ill to go but couldn't get the room refunded.  At least someone had a good time!  I am so grateful to them.
I have been laying around like a lump for TEN DAYS now.  Ten full days.  First I had a serious infection in my nether regions.  Then a few days later I got a really awful respiratory crud on top of it.  I'm still taking meds for the first infection, and even though it's better it's still not right.
Has anyone seen my sense of humor?  I lost it in January when faced with some altogether different health challenges.  It is sorely missed.

Dear friend, it sounds like you did find your sense of humor! I'm still smiling at your post. So sorry you've been suffering with these ailments and had to miss your time with Ben. Here's to a speedy recovery all around!!

I've been wondering where you've been. Hope you are feeling better, once the antibiotics are out of your system you'll feel even better. One thing helped us tremendously with that respiratory stuff was a vaporiser with tea tree oil added. It cleared us up in just a few days. I was amazed! Most of us moms never get to sit still anyway, watch movies and PIN stuff! Keeping you in my thoughts!

I am so sorry you are sick!! Wish I could have seen you at Bird Song, but I am too late to get in. I wasn't sure I could come until last weekend. Hopefully Karla will have a cancellation.
I have pictures I want to send you on needle books etc.
Get well lady. Too much fun stuff out there to do.
hugs..Sharon
These pictures and your captions are hilarious, but being sick isn't so funny. Hope you're feeling much better soon....and keep the sense of humor:-)
